Who we are and who you are
SHR Turi LLC is a small US company based at 5011 2nd Ave #56, Kearney, NE 68847. When you pay, you enter a contract with us directly. You must be 18 or older, or have your parents book for you. Simple.
Booking and payment
The moment you hit “confirm and pay”, the spot is yours and the money leaves your card. We accept the usual cards and a couple of instant bank options. Full payment upfront – we’re too small to chase installments. Prices you see are final, everything included except your flight to the meeting point and personal shopping sprees.
Your responsibility
Show up on time, sober enough to walk straight, with a valid passport (sometimes 6 months validity left) and whatever visa the country wants. Bring the gear we told you in the prep email (good shoes, jacket, etc.). Follow the guide’s instructions – they’re there to keep you alive and happy, not to ruin your vibe. Be decent to the rest of the group, no one wants a jerk on a small trip.
Our responsibility
We deliver exactly what we promised on the trip page and in the confirmation email. Guides, transfers, food, beds, boats – all there. If something breaks (van dies, hut is overbooked), we fix it on the spot or find something at least as good. Safety first, always.
If things go sideways
Weather, strikes, volcano, war, global whatever – sometimes the world says no. If we cancel, full refund or free move to another date, your choice. If you cancel, the refund policy you already saw applies. We don’t refund because you overslept, hated the food, or your ex texted you the night before.
Insurance – seriously
Buy proper travel insurance the minute you book. Medical evacuation from a mountain or a desert costs more than your house. We have our own liability coverage, but your broken leg or lost bag is on your policy, not ours.
Photos and good times
We take a ton of photos and short videos on every trip. By joining you give us permission to use them on the site, Instagram, wherever – your smiling face might end up in next year’s banner. If you really hate that, just tell the guide on day one and we’ll keep you out of the frame.
Liability stuff (the part lawyers love)
We plan everything carefully, choose guides who know their shit, and don’t cut corners on safety. Still, adventure means risk – waves bite, rocks slip, camels spit. You accept that and won’t come after us if you twist an ankle doing something awesome. We’re not liable for flights you miss, stuff you lose, or acts of God having a bad day.
Complaints
If something sucks, tell the guide immediately – 99 % of problems get fixed on the spot. If you wait until you’re home, it’s too late for us to do anything useful. After the trip, write to [email protected] within 14 days and we’ll sort it fairly.
Law and arguing
This contract lives under Nebraska law, USA. If we ever have to fight (hope not), it happens in Kearney courts. No class actions, just you and us talking like adults.
Changes to these terms
We can update this page anytime. The version you saw when you booked is the one that counts for your trip.
